Mutianyu Great Wall: The Great Wall is one of the most famous heritages of historical culture.  Mu Tian Yu Great Wall is located in Huai Rou District. In accordance with textual research of literature, the great wall was built here, in Northern Qi, more than 1400 years from now. The present Great Wall was built on the site of Northern Qi’s Great Wall, by general Xuda under Zhu Yuanzhang at the beginning of Ming Dynasty. The Great Wall was formally built in The 2nd year of the Yongle reign of the Ming Dynasty. In the 3rd year of Rongqing reign of Ming Dynasty, Tang Lun and Qi Jiguang reformed the wall for frontier defence and led the troops for garrison. The natural sight of scenery key point of interest of the Mutianyu Great Wall owns the prominent characteristics of flourishing growth of vegetation, high covering rate in forest, magnificent scenery of plant seasons and excellent natural environment. The Temple of Heaven is the biggest building of alter and temple now existing in our country and is the place Ming and Qing emperors came to pray for good harvests. It has a history near 600 years to now.
